There is a point beyond which further engineering refinement stops being incremental and becomes transformative. The Natural Harmony Signature represents that threshold: dual NZ wool layers, a full cashmere comfort system, minimal foam intervention, hand-tufted finish. A mattress that a guest feels within the first thirty seconds of lying down — and that still performs at the same level twenty years later.
Dual WiseLayer™ System — Maximum Thermoregulation
The Signature contains two distinct WiseLayer™ wool configurations — a high-loft (HL) comfort layer and a denser needle-punched structural layer — sourced from Wise Wool's network of 250+ farming families across 375,000 hectares of Tairāwhiti, New Zealand.
The dual system extends the thermoregulation effect. A single wool layer maintains 22°C overnight. Two layers create a microclimate — a buffer zone between the sleeper and the ambient environment that actively responds to body temperature, humidity, and seasonal change. Wise Wool traces its origins to 1894, when the Hansen family established the first wool scour on the Taruheru River. The Signature is finished by hand — each tuft individually placed through the full mattress depth to secure the layers together without adhesives, creating the characteristic slight contour of a traditional hand-made mattress. The cover is woven from Tencel Lyocell (EU Ecolabel): 50% less carbon and water than conventional production, naturally smooth, moisture-wicking, built to last.
